Loggie is Graduating?

WHAT?

I was informed yesterday by Caca that Loggie is graduating...

Oh, wait. He will be graduating by the time I finally update our family blog... Oh, I get it. Are you calling me slow? Are you making reference to my fading memory because I'm going to be turning the big 3-0? No worries, I was informed last Saturday by an ex-boss that I am entering "Junior Cougar" land by turning 30 and being un-married. I will wear that badge with dignity.

Calissa Norine Nelson 3/21/2009

Calissa Norine Nelson was born and died Saturday, March 21, 2009 at Mountain West Medical Center in Tooele, UT. She is survived by her parents Greg and Kathryn Nelson of Tooele, her brothers Zachary, Brennan, Joshua, Isaac, Elias, and Dallin, all of Tooele; her sisters Lauren, Vanessa, Savannah, and Abigail, all of Tooele; her maternal grandparents Robert and Carol Norman of South Jordan; her paternal grandparents Dennis and Norine Nelson of South Jordan; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A private graveside service will be held Thurs., March 26 in Alpine, UT. Goodbye sweet little one, may God hold you and comfort you until we can again.

12 years ago our family changed. October 2, 1996 marked a day of first's for the Nelson clan.

Some of became parents for the first time.



Some of us became grandparents for the first time.



Some of us became aunts and uncles for the first time.



But only one of us was born into this silly little family on that day...
